Air Jet Washing Machine
A little device called the Automatic Air Jet Cleaning Machine integrated Unscrambler is used to clean Dry Syrup PET bottles before filling them.
This machine operates on back pressure of bottles fed into the separator assembly by the unscrambler. The separator transfers bottles to a conveyor belt and pushes them one by one into the cleaning section. The machine includes two inverters and one cleaning section.
A continuous vacuum system works in the cleaning area. Air is blown through nozzles into the bottle neck while particles are simultaneously sucked out. After cleaning, bottles are reoriented and transferred to the filling machine.
